Our services
Done Your Deal provides dispatch and administrative support to motor carriers, including load booking, broker communication, and paperwork. Loads are hauled by carriers under their own operating authority. Load availability and rates depend on market conditions and are outside our control.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate business, equipment, and contact information
- Maintain your own operating authority, insurance, and any required permits
- Review each rate confirmation before accepting a load
SMS / text messaging terms
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in on one of our forms, you agree to receive automated or conversational SMS/MMS messages from Done Your Deal Inc regarding our dispatch services and customer support.
- Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.
- Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.
- Reply STOP at any time to cancel and stop receiving messages.
- Reply HELP for assistance, or email us at support@doneyourdeal.us.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. We will never share your SMS opt-in data or consent with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Liability
Carriers are responsible for the loads they haul, including cargo, equipment, and insurance coverage. Done Your Deal provides dispatch and administrative support only, and is not responsible for loss, damage, or delay of freight, or for the acts of brokers, shippers, or carriers.
Service changes
Fees and cancellation terms are set out in your service agreement with us. Contact us as early as possible if your plans change so we can adjust scheduling.
Intellectual property
All content on doneyourdeal.us, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Done Your Deal Inc and may not be used without permission.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
